Roxel's Shareholders' Committee has appointed Sylvie Grison Executive Chairman of Roxel, President of Roxel France and Director of Roxel (UK Rocket Motors) Ltd, effective January 1, 2025. She replaces Etienne Galan, who has held the position since August 2020.
Sylvie Grison will rely on Roxel's existing executive committee to continue the company's development, achieve the ramp-up needed to meet the expectations of armed forces and customers, and strengthen synergies with shareholders.
Sylvie Grison began her career in 1988 in the Technical Department of Société Européenne de Propulsion (SEP). After holding various positions of technical responsibility, in 2005 she was appointed Project Manager to the General Manager of Operations at Snecma Propulsion Solide. In 2009, she took over responsibility for the Sensors Business Unit. When Herakles was created in 2012, she was put in charge of industrial coordination.
She joined Roxel in 2015 as head of the progress approach and quality management system. Appointed Group Progress and Digital Director in 2020, she has held the position of Technical Director of Roxel France since January 2024.
