We are pleased to announce the merger, effective December 17, 2025, between ESARIS INDUSTRIES and Systèmes et Connectique du Mans (SCM).
This strategic operation strengthens the Group's connectors for harsh environments business of ESARIS INDUSTRIES with the strong experience of SCM (formerly Deutsch - CKB) in product development (25 dedicated employees and a complete testing laboratory) for the Energy, Rail, Aerospace, Defense and Nuclear Power.
With a common vision and aligned values, our companies will offer their customers :
- extensive technical skills,
- enhanced French industrial capabilities,
- a consolidated range of products and services,
to meet their challenges and support their projects and ambitions.
At the same time, ESARIS INDUSTRIES continues its plan to develop its Electromechanical activities (electrical contacts, components, and sub-assemblies) and its range of electrical rails MOBILIS.
The new group thus created a Consolidated sales of €100M.
As part of this operation, Bpifrance Investissement renews its support for ESARIS INDUSTRIES by the inflow of funds DEFINVEST (DGA) and Capital Région 3.
In order to fully deploy these expanded capabilities and reap the full benefits of this merger for our customers, we have set up a dedicated team, Bruno Russo and Frédéric Kleindienst will be respectively Chairman and General Manager ESARIS INDUSTRIES and its new subsidiary SCM.
They will be supported by the Group's Management Committee to fully seize the opportunities created by this merger, in the service of the Group's customers.
