On the occasion of the Forum Entreprises Défense 2025, Arquus unveils the Zetros by Arquus, the fruit of an unprecedented partnership with Daimler Truck. This new military truck, designed for the most demanding environments, combines the robustness of Daimler's permanent 6×6 chassis with Arquus' expertise in militarization and systems integration.
A complementarity from partners
This unique Franco-German industrial partnership reflects a shared ambition: to provide French and European forces with the best reliable, competitive and sovereign mobility solution, based on the Zetros multi-purpose military tactical chassis, while strengthening the European Defense Industrial and Technological Base.
The truck for demanding armies
Already in service with over 15,000 trucks in international armed forces such as those of Canada, Lithuania and Ukraine in recent years, the Zetros now arrives on the French market with significant added value from Arquus: militarization, integration of equipment and weapons systems, versatile configurations - armored or unprotected, for troop transport or logistics - and full support provided on French territory. Designed for severe conditions of engagement, the truck accommodates two crew members in the front, in optimum comfort and protection. Arquus know-how ensures a payload of over 6 tonnes, whatever the integration or cab type.

Responsiveness thanks to committed teams and centers of excellence in tip
Both companies have a strong presence in France. A leader in land mobility solutions and a long-standing partner of the armed forces, Arquus has been a John Cockerill Group brand since 2024, and relies on five centers of excellence in France - Limoges, Saint-Nazaire, Garchizy, Satory and Lisses - where more than 1,400 employees are involved every day. Arquus has nearly 25,000 vehicles of all types in service with the French Army, of which 20,000 are supported by the company.
Daimler Truck assembles its military vehicles in Wörth am Rhein, near the French border, as well as at its Molsheim plant (Alsace, France). The Molsheim plant is part of Daimler Truck's industrial activities in France, which directly employ over 3,000 people in the country.
