Arquus unveils its new multi-mission platform: The MAV'Rx!

June 17, 2024 - Eurosatory - In the face of high intensity, requirements are changing, and operations call for multi-purpose vehicles, adaptable to all kinds of threats. Arquus has responded by unveiling the prototype of its new multi-role armored vehicle, which combines high payload, high protection and medium-caliber armament with excellent mobility. MAV'Rx is a true contact vehicle.
This multi-purpose, multi-mission platform is capable of transporting a combat group, medical evacuation missions, direct or indirect fire support...

MAV'Rx benefits from Arquus' world-renowned expertise in wheeled mobility. Equipped with independent wheel suspensions and a 400hp engine coupled to a 7-speed automatic gearbox, it boasts impeccable handling. It has all the attributes (VPG, runflat...) that make it an all-terrain vehicle, perfectly at ease in any environment.
The vehicle meets the highest standards of protection (according to STANAG 4569) and benefits from years of in-house Arquus know-how in this field: MAV'Rx accompanies the combat group as close as possible to contact.

In its troop transport version, the MAV'Rx can carry up to 10 personnel and their equipment in optimal conditions of habitability. Embarkation and disembarkation are facilitated by electrically-assisted doors and a rear ramp. The cockpit is designed for easy communication between personnel, and thermal comfort is designed for the most extreme conditions.
Commands and information are distributed in such a way as to reduce the crew's cognitive load. For the skipper, the Battlenet system provides a better overall tactical vision and shorter response times.
MAV'Rx is designed as a true contact system. As such, it is capable of carrying medium-calibre weapons. At Eurosatory, it is presented with a 25mm turret from JCD. It
can also be fitted with other types of armament (self-defense such as the HORNET Turret) or other weapon systems. Arquus, as an expert in system integration, makes MAV'Rx a vehicle capable of accommodating a large number of sensors and effectors, enabling it to be cut out for high-intensity use.

From the outset, MAV'Rx has taken into account the constraints of the battlefield when it comes to maintenance. Its powerpack can be replaced in 2 hours. It is also compatible with HUMS and the Arquus diagnostic system, to ensure maximum operational availability.

Unparalleled mobility, exceptional survivability and fire-support capabilities are the 3 great qualities of this vehicle! Focus on the capabilities of the Arquus MAV'Rx :

- A 400hp engine coupled with a 7-speed automatic gearbox ensures top-level mobility.

- Ground linkage contributes to the vehicle's high level of mobility, thanks in particular to independent wheel suspension, a centralized inflation system and a run-flat system.

- Very high level of protection (according to STANAG 4569), resulting from Arquus' in-house know-how, guaranteeing the survival of on-board personnel.

- Equipped with systems to provide additional protection for the crew: CBRN filtration, fire extinguishing system.

- MAV'Rx offers the highest levels of comfort and ergonomics. Air conditioning and heating are designed for all climatic environments. Interior space and access have been designed to the highest ergonomic standards.

- Arquus Battlenet (C4) ensures the connectivity of the vehicle's various systems while reducing the crew's cognitive load & saving time when making decisions.

- Suitable for all weapon systems, including medium-calibre, the MAV'Rx will be fitted with JCD's 25 mm CPWS turret at Eurosatory.

Control and information are distributed to reduce the cognitive load on the crew. For the commander, the Battlenet system provides better overall tactical awareness and shorter response times.
