RIVOLIER and HEXADRONE have joined forces to forge a sovereign strategic industrial group. With 200 years' experience, RIVOLIER brings its expertise to the service of the armed forces and public administrations; HEXADRONE brings its ability to create, experiment and manufacture rapidly. Our location in the Loire and Haute Loire regions makes it easy for our two companies in the Saint-Etienne area to forge closer ties.
The aim of this merger is to combine the company's capacity for technological innovation with a proven logistics organization, in order to deliver large quantities of products tailored to the new needs of our armed forces. The existing industrial facilities will therefore be immediately reinforced, stabilized and optimized for this purpose. RIVOLIER is convinced that a modular platform can accommodate all effectors, decisive elements in the operational superiority of combat, acquisition and intelligence units.
RIVOLIER and HEXADRONE intend to work together to accelerate the development of sovereign UAV solutions, particularly for the armed forces, civil security and critical infrastructures.
The joint industrial plan, which is already being rolled out, calls for production to be ramped up by spring 2025. This will involve heavy investment in new, innovative tactical modules, including Artificial Intelligence, remotely operated munitions and target identification solutions.
