Roxel’s Shareholder Committee has appointed Sylvie Grison to become Chief Executive Officer of Roxel, President of Roxel France, and Director of Roxel (UK Rocket Motors) Ltd, with effect from 1st January 2025. She replaces Etienne Galan, who held the position since August 2020.
Sylvie Grison will work with the existing executive committee in place at Roxel to further the company’s development, meet the ramp-up challenges required to fulfil the expectations of armed forces and customers, and strengthen synergies with shareholders.
Sylvie Grison began her career in 1988, in the Technical Department of Société Européenne de Propulsion. In 2005, after holding various technical management positions, she was appointed project manager reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of Snecma Propulsion Solide. In 2009, she was given responsibility for the Sensors Business Unit. When Herakles was created in 2012, she was placed in charge of industrial coordination.
She joined Roxel in 2015 to spearhead the progress and quality management system initiative, becoming Group Progress and Digital Director in 2020, and subsequently Technical Director of Roxel France in January 2024.
